Refund Policy

FinderCraft comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund you - no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@findercraft.app from the address you used at checkout, and include your order or receipt details. You can also use the manage-order link in the Paddle receipt email you received.

How refunds are processed

Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. This usually completes within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

After a refund

Once your purchase is refunded, the associated license is deactivated and should no longer be used.
