Terms of Service

These terms cover your purchase and use of FinderCraft, a macOS utility from SKJ APPS. By buying or using FinderCraft you agree to them. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, and Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to the transaction itself.

Your license

A one-time purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use FinderCraft on up to three Macs that you own or control. Your license includes updates within the major version you purchased. You may move a seat between Macs by deactivating one and activating another.

What you may not do

Please do not resell or redistribute the app, share or publish your license key, or attempt to bypass or tamper with the licensing system. You may reverse engineer the app only to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.

Ownership

FinderCraft and all related intellectual property remain the property of SKJ APPS. You receive a license to use the app, not ownership of it.

Your files and your backups

FinderCraft carries out the file operations you ask it to. It previews risky changes, does not silently overwrite by default, and offers conservative undo where the prior state is known. Even so, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Always keep a backup of important data.

Warranty disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinderCraft is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKJ APPS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of FinderCraft. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Termination

We may suspend or revoke your license if you materially breach these terms, for example by redistributing your license key.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at SKJ APPS’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
